In accordance with the fire safety plan, the factories of Shoetown Group in China combine internal full-time fire brigades with the government’s firefighting departments to conduct quarterly fire drills.
These drills aim to enhance employees' evacuation skills and self-protection awareness, promote the use of firefighting equipment, and build a safe and happy working environment.
